Baby plants in black plastic boxes -
I carefully choose 
new homes in the warm, rich soil
and dig holes just right for each.
Lovingly, I place each, 
pat the soil around it. 
Just as I finish,
soft rains come again
supporting the pristine life
I have just added
to my garden.

Varied activities with fun and budding friendships -
I carefully choose
times and days in my rich, new life
and dig in to fill my life 
lovingly with richness of 
dancing, helping, sports, and more.
Just as life’s storms are settling,
rainbows have arrived 
issuing in opportunities
to the garden of my life.
