Although it is true that there is no refuge from suffering;
It is also true that suffering has no refuge from love that permeates it through and through and through and through.
Love does not protect us from anything,
even as it sustains in all things.

In my experience, this is true.
Therefore I am grateful to the people who have come to my aide in my times of suffering.
I pray that my eyes and heart are open to recognizing when others are suffering.
I pray this be true for Friends and for all people.
Let our acts of love freely flow & surround suffering wherever it is.
